"So apparently if you install and log in on this once, it will permanently show you as a League+ user on the friends list in the League of Legends client. This includes after signing out, and even uninstalling the app. Riot must be really desperate for people to know about this, if they're trying to show people who aren't using it are using it. But that doesn't surprise me, considering their policies and actions."
